This notice describes how the gretify.sk website processes personal data. Our goal is to collect as little data as possible and to protect your privacy.

What data we process
Contact form: your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this data solely to reply to you and discuss your project.
Private website analytics: in aggregated, anonymous form we measure visits, traffic sources, browser language, device type, and browser. We do not determine your location or country, and we do not store your IP address or any personal identifiers.
No tracking and no third-party cookies
We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tools. Our analytics is first-party, cookieless, and does not track you across other websites — which is why we do not need a cookie banner.
We do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes.
Recipients and form protection
The website, the mailbox and the database run with the hosting provider HostCreators (hostcreators.sk) on servers in the EU. Contact-form messages are delivered to our mailbox info@gretify.sk.
Our forms are protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When verifying a form, Turnstile processes technical browser signals including your IP address; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection for this transfer. We make no other transfers of data outside the EU.
Legal basis and retention
We process contact-form data on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, or as steps taken prior to entering into a contract. We keep delivered messages for at most 24 months after the enquiry is handled, and then delete them.
Analytics records contain no personal data. Detail rows older than 24 months are aggregated and deleted; beyond that we keep them only in summary statistical form.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Act No. 18/2018 Coll., you have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, the right to restrict processing, the right to object, and the right to data portability.
You can exercise your rights at info@gretify.sk. If you believe we process your data in breach of the rules, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
